Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Operate the Square POS system to process transactions efficiently and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Engage with customers to provide friendly service, take orders, and answer questions about menu items. Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for accurate cash handling. Prepare and serve food menu items. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards. Follow all health and safety regulations within the café environment. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required. Basic math skills are essential for cash handling and retail math calculations. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
