Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines in food preparation and handling
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food service standards
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
• Strong retail math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and change
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in a team and provide outstanding customer service
