Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, dining areas, and equipment. Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in a café or food industry setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to learn about coffee preparation techniques and menu offerings is essential.
