Barista for Flower, Coffee and Tea Shop in Germantown Neighborlily 606 Monroe Street, Nashville, TN 37208 Barista Are you passionate about creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere where customers can enjoy not only delicious beverages but also a beautiful floral ambiance in our renovated 1880’s bungalow in Historic Germantown? We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at our unique flower, coffee, and tea shop. You will be responsible for envisioning and creating unique coffee and tea drinks that reflect the floral vision of our cafe. Pay starts at $14 plus tips. Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the cafe, including opening/closing procedures Create a warm and welcoming environment for customers with a focus on exceptional service Carry out strategies to increase sales and revenue Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
Prior experience as a barista is required-at least 2 years. A passion for hospitality, food, coffee and tea Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and suppliers Join our team and be part of an exciting venture that combines the love of food, coffee, tea, and flowers.
