) What to Expect as a Front of House Associate (AM Shift) Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging guests as they enter the restaurant Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including cleaning and bussing tables Input order into POS Handle cash and electronic payments Ensure displays are properly stocked and maintained Assist with stocking and merchandising products Learn and become familiar with the full menu offerings Confidently recommend items off the menu to guests Assist in running food and drinks Complete closing and opening tasks Assume additional responsibilities as delegated, contributing to the overall success and operational efficiency of the company About You Ability to work at least one weekend day Prior customer service experience preferred Exceptional listening and communication skills Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment Hospitality is at the heart of everything Physical Requirements Prolonged periods standing and walking Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at a time Transparent Hospitality is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
