This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our guests and ensuring that their experience is enjoyable from start to finish. As a member of the Front of House team, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our café, including customer service, food and drink preparation, and cash handling. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections. Take and process customer orders accurately. Prepare food/drink items according to safety and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Handle cash register transactions efficiently and accurately. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Provide support to team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
