As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional service. Your ability to connect with customers and deliver their orders accurately will contribute to an enjoyable experience at our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation. Operate the POS system efficiently, processing customer transactions accurately. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils, in compliance with food safety standards. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and helping with restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, demonstrating effective time management skills. Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene practices throughout all tasks. Experience Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Square, is advantageous. Excellent time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
