As a Barista at Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee beverages, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee truck. If you’re passionate about coffee and enjoy interacting with people, this role is for you! •Responsibilities•: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, cold brews, and more. Greet customers and take orders, providing friendly and efficient service. Operate coffee-making equipment, ensuring proper brewing techniques and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety guidelines. Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift. Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy. Engage with customers, promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Assist with setting up and closing down the coffee truck as required. •Qualifications•: Previous experience in a barista or customer service role preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude. Willingness to learn about coffee and different brewing methods. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
