Position:

Barista | Hourly Position
Are you passionate about coffee, hospitality, and crafting memorable guest experiences? We’re seeking a skilled and service-driven Barista to join our upscale coffee shop at our beautiful hotel, where every cup tells a story—and every interaction matters.
As a Barista, you’ll be the friendly face behind the counter, creating handcrafted beverages, recommending delicious pastries, and ensuring guests enjoy a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This is your chance to bring energy, artistry, and professionalism to a refined hotel setting.
???? What You’ll Do

• Craft high-quality coffee, espresso, and tea drinks to hotel standards
• Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, stylish, and organized shop environment
• Operate espresso machines and other equipment safely and skillfully
• Upsell featured drinks, pastries, and retail items with enthusiasm
• Assist with inventory and restocking
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and cash-handling protocols
• Collaborate with a team that values service and hospitality excellence
  ???? What We’re Looking For
• Previous barista or premium F&B experience preferred (luxury or boutique hotel a plus!)
• A genuine passion for coffee and guest service
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
• A polished appearance that reflects our luxury standards
  ???? Physical Requirements
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Manual dexterity to operate machines and prep drinks
