✅ Barista or café experience preferred (but not required!) ✅ Motivated, hard-working, and coachable ✅ A self-starter who brings energy and engagement ✅ Able to multi-task and stay sharp in a fast-paced café ✅ High attention to detail and sense of urgency ✅ Available early mornings and weekends We rotate roles and train thoroughly—so whether you’re experienced or new to the industry, we’ll help you thrive.
Compensation:
- Starting barista pay averages $15
- 16/hr (includes tips)
