Full Job Description Overview:

Twist 181 Lounge is looking for a dependable and experienced Bar Manager/Bartender to lead by example behind the bar while supporting overall operations. This is a working manager position where you’ll be bartending during shifts while helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to follow through on tasks and direction from ownership.

Responsibilities:

Bartend during scheduled shifts and deliver outstanding guest service Help maintain bar inventory counts and communicate needs to ownership Clean and organize the bar, including end-of-shift breakdowns Support and oversee wait staff to ensure smooth service flow Respond promptly to direction and complete tasks as requested by management Assist in maintaining a welcoming, professional, and fun environment for staff and guests Ensure compliance with all health and alcohol safety regulations

Qualifications:

2+ years of bartending experience Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and support staff Excellent customer service and multitasking skills Dependable, professional, and able to work evenings and weekends Familiarity with bar cleanliness and side work expectations Strong communicator who takes initiative and follows through
