Overview:
- We are seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership, customer service, and a passion for creating exceptional beverages.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of bar drinks, food items, and/or coffee drinks following company recipes and standards
- Operate coffee brewing, kitchen, and blending equipment with precision and care
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and handling transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Cobalt Tiki Bar and Cafe & Coffee
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or Cocktail Server
- Proficiency in using Toast or similar point-of-sale systems
- Strong cash handling skills and ability to perform basic math calculations
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Familiarity with retail math concepts in the food industry
