The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean bar area, and ensuring that all patrons enjoy their time at our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately using a POS system, ensuring proper record-keeping of sales. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Comply with all health and safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service. Assist in setting up for special events or banquets as required. Stay updated on drink trends and new products to enhance the beverage menu. Experience Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred. Familiarity with food handling practices and health regulations is essential. Strong knowledge of retail math to manage cash transactions effectively. Experience in sales techniques to promote drink specials or upsell items is a plus. Background in fine dining or nightclub environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
