The ideal candidate will have a passion for cocktails, wine and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your expertise in the food and beverage industry will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests’ dining experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, cocktail recipes, and menu offerings. Ensure compliance with all food safety and handling regulations. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and payment handling. Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies. Assist in catering events as needed, providing excellent service to guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordination during busy periods. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and intervene when necessary to promote responsible drinking. Requirements Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred. Knowledge of brewing techniques and fine dining standards is a plus. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic understanding of retail math for managing tabs and processing payments. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
