The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the bar area to the highest standards. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including upselling drinks and menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bussing tables as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food service operations, including food preparation when necessary. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure stock availability. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving drinks in a nightclub environment. Assist in training new staff members on bar operations and customer service best practices. Experience Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food service industry is required. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary basics is beneficial. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and willingness to help both customers and team members are essential for success in this role.
