As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that our bar operates smoothly. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in nightlife settings, enjoy working as part of a team, and have a passion for the hospitality industry. Duties Assist bartenders in preparing drinks and serving customers efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Stock and replenish supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice as needed. Help with the setup and breakdown of bar stations for events or busy nights. Support with bussing tables and clearing empty glasses to keep the bar area tidy. Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with catering or banquet teams during special events to ensure seamless service. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food handling practices is essential. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are necessary.
