Position Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented Barback to support our bartending team and help keep the bar running smoothly. As a barback at Pogo, you’ll play a critical behind-the-scenes role — restocking, organizing, and assisting bartenders in creating exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Restock liquor, wine, beer, mixers, and bar supplies throughout the shift Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar Prepare garnishes and assist with bar setup and breakdown Clear glassware and restock clean items as needed Support bartenders during peak hours with efficiency and urgency Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times Occasionally assist with bussing or light bar prep as needed
Qualifications:
Previous barback or restaurant experience preferred, but not required Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
