The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Fine Dining Bartender/Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service in an upscale dining environment, ensuring that every guest feels valued and well taken care of. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner. Present menus, provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations based on guest preferences. Take accurate food and drink orders. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Process payments accurately using the cash register and ensure proper handling of cash and credit transactions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests. Uphold all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service is required . Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and practices. Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant schedule.
