Summary We are seeking a dynamic Host/Server/Bartenders to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed while providing exceptional service throughout their dining experience. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu items. Using the POS system for processing orders and payments. Ensure that tables are set up properly and maintained throughout service. Assist with catering events as needed to enhance guest experiences. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast, is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for handling transactions and order calculations.
