As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that every customer has an enjoyable experience. Your expertise in bartending and customer service will help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding promptly to requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Assist in managing inventory by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests at the bar. Participate in special events such as events or private parties as needed. Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and new products to enhance guest experience. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in fine dining settings is preferred but not required. Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Proficient in using cash registers and Aloha POS systems for order processing. Knowledge of bartending techniques, including brewing methods and cocktail preparation. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of hospitality. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers efficiently.
