What You’ll Do:
Prepare and serve craft cocktails, classic drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages Provide outstanding guest service with personality, energy, and professionalism Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar Handle transactions accurately using Toast POS (or similar systems) Restock and track inventory; communicate needs to management Collaborate with the team to deliver seamless food and beverage service Follow responsible alcohol service and health & safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
Previous bartending experience (restaurant, lounge, or upscale casual preferred) A fun, engaging personality and strong communication skills Passion for hospitality and guest experience Team-focused, reliable, and eager to grow with a new restaurant Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus Must be of legal age to serve alcohol Proof of valid ABC License Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Work at Sizzle?
