The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that all guests have an exceptional experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences. Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle cash transactions accurately. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets or special events to ensure seamless service. Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and new products in the industry. Experience Previous experience in bartending or a related role in the food industry is preferred. Knowledge of brewing techniques and various beverage types is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers for efficient transaction processing. Strong understanding of food safety practices and food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
