The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and excellent customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle payments accurately. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operation. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and new products to enhance guest experience. Experience Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests in a busy environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus. Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is advantageous but can be learned on the job.
