Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Operate cash register and handle customer payments
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink mixing techniques
• Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling payments
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse clientele
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Must be at least 21 years old

Skills:

• Cash register operation
• Sales skills to upsell and promote menu items
• Knowledge of the food industry and different types of cuisine
• Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
• Food service experience, including food handling and safety practices
• Hospitality skills to provide exceptional customer service
• Bartending expertise in mixing drinks and creating cocktails
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
