POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for positive Team Members to provide excellent customer service, consistent products, and an awesome event experience. Position will include but not limited to beverage service & drink order execution, bar operations duties and implementing and following facility emergency procedures, safety guidelines and company polices for patrons and employees. Bartender/Server must be able to work nights and weekends as dictated by event schedule.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING
Efficiently and accurately prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages Interacting with customers, taking drink orders, and serving drinks Operate a cash register and balance a cash drawer Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Ensure bar areas are clean and well presented Any additional tasks assigned by management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons Ability to work individually or with others in a fast pace work environment One year of customer service experience with general public preferred Prior bar tending and food & beverage experience preferred Must be available on weekends and nights as well as some weekdays Must be TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or Alcohol Seller-Server certified. Certification must be current and is required to have prior to a start date Must be 21 years of age
