The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing credit card payments. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Stay updated on beverage trends and new cocktail recipes to enhance the menu offerings. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of retail math for managing inventory and cash handling effectively. Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments efficiently. Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for accurate cash register operations and drink measurements. Experience in fine dining establishments is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
