The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience at our establishment. Your ability to engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role. Hourly pay does not include the tips you will receive. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Assist with banquet services as needed, ensuring timely service during events. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Monitor guest consumption levels and adhere to responsible serving practices. Experience Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation techniques is a plus. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions effectively. Experience in the food industry or fine dining environment is advantageous. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is beneficial.
