As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting drinks, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Process cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. Engage with customers to create an inviting atmosphere, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink service during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for restocking. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. Experience Previous experience in a bartending role or similar hospitality position is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and managing tabs. Knowledge of fine dining service standards is a plus. Experience in catering or retail environments can be beneficial.
