The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Engage with customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible service practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Uphold health and safety regulations, including food handling standards. Requirements Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred, especially in a nightclub or bar setting. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and cocktail presentation. Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse clientele. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; training will be provided if necessary.
