The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and extensive wine knowledge and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all patrons. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations. Demonstrate excellent time management skills during busy shifts to ensure timely service. Experience Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or similar environment is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Familiarity with wine knowledge is a plus. Strong sales skills to promote drink specials and upsell menu items effectively. Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.
