Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register or Aloha POS system. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or special events. Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies. Experience Previous experience in a bartending role or food service environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and beverage trends is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours. Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with cash registers or Aloha POS systems is desirable. A background in fine dining or catering settings is a plus, enhancing the overall guest experience through refined service techniques.
