The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests in both casual and fine dining settings. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including operating the cash register and processing payments through the POS system. Engage with guests to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit. Manage inventory by restocking supplies as needed and assisting with inventory counts. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets or special events. Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage pairings to enhance guest experiences. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred, particularly in fine dining or high-volume establishments. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and proficiency in using cash registers or POS systems is essential. Knowledge of food safety practices and certifications in food handling are advantageous. Strong math skills for accurate cash management and drink preparation measurements. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
