Bar Assistant/Bar Back The Fermentary Public House 1000 W Monroe Ave, Lowell, AR 72745 BAR ASSISTANT- This role is the front door to a deeper beverage career. You’ll shadow seasoned bartenders, taste fresh‑pulled beers alongside brewers, and pick up the stories that turn a simple pour into a moment worth remembering. What You Will Do:

• Collect, wash, and restock glassware without delay
• Clear and sanitize bar tops and high‑tops for incoming guests
• Refill ice, garnishes, napkins, and other bar essentials
• Run backup kegs and cases from storage when volume spikes
• Assist with basic prep like slicing fruit or batching mixers
• Support overall front‑of‑house cleanliness, including sweeping and spot‑mopping
