Bartender/Mixologist Lefty’s on the Square 124 N Court Sq, Magnolia, AR 71753 Job Overview Voted Arkansas’ Best Cocktail Lounge We are on the lookout for vibrant and charismatic bartenders to join our team. We are looking for individuals that are dependable, who are team players, and that thrive working in a high-energy and fast paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Create innovative cocktail recipes that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Collaborate with host, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless guest experience. Stay updated on new cocktail trends and continuously improve your mixology skills. Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and engaging attitude. Qualifications
MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD
Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred Knowledge of mixology techniques and cocktail recipes. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Must possess food handling certification or be willing to obtain one. A passion for the food industry and commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Ability to thrive in a team setting. Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
