Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Provide warm, engaging service to bar guests and assist servers with beverage orders Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service Follow recipes and portion guidelines for all drinks and cocktails Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service Accurately process cash and credit card transactions Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to support seamless service Uphold Max A Mia’s standards of quality, presentation, and hospitality

What We’re Looking For Experience:

Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant is

REQUIRED

Strong knowledge of Italian wines, spirits, and classic cocktails is a PLUS TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred Experience providing both bar and dining room beverage service is ideal
