The ideal candidate will have experience in nightlife settings and possess strong interpersonal skills to enhance the overall guest experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, applying basic math skills for payments and tips. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, especially during banquets or events. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both staff and guests. Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure all customers receive prompt service. Experience Previous experience as a bartender in a nightclub or fine dining setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele. Familiarity with retail math concepts to manage transactions effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards in food service environments. Basic math skills are necessary for handling cash and calculating drink prices accurately. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
