The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in very friendly environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their orders. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events to provide seamless service. Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and bar specials to enhance guest experiences. Skills experience in bartending or food service is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential. Basic math skills for managing cash transactions accurately. Ability to work effectively in high-energy environment. Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
