Taproom Manager / Head Mixologist Kinsmen Brewing Company Milldale, CT 06467 NOW HIRING – Taproom Manager / Head Mixologist Connecticut | Full-Time | Leadership Role An established and growing independent craft brewery and event venue in Connecticut is seeking an experienced Taproom Manager to take the reins of front-of-house operations. As we elevate our leadership team, we are looking for a seasoned hospitality professional with the skills, drive, and vision to lead our taproom and event operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all front-of-house operations for a busy taproom and private events venue Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, service standards, and the development of a strong team culture Manage bar and banquet logistics including cash flow, inventory, payroll, and tip distribution Collaborate with the brewing and production team to ensure front-of-house staff are educated on all beer, spirits, and food offerings Contribute to the growth and execution of our banquet and private event business Ideal Candidate Proven experience managing high-volume hospitality operations A natural leader who can inspire, mentor, and grow a service-oriented team A strong passion for craft beverages and delivering authentic, memorable guest experiences Skilled in scheduling, financial management, labor planning, and vendor and inventory oversight Brings a forward-thinking, collaborative approach and thrives in a creative, entrepreneurial environment Available to work nights and weekends, as needed What We Offer A leadership opportunity within a respected and growing craft hospitality group The chance to help launch a new destination restaurant and distillery Creative input and operational autonomy to shape service standards and guest experience A supportive, passionate team dedicated to building something truly special
