Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems while adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service during events or busy periods. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling techniques. Qualifications Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred. Knowledge of cocktail recipes, bartending techniques, and retail math skills for managing transactions. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Certification in food handling or responsible beverage service is desirable but not mandatory.
