The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing inventory, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced restaurant atmosphere. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed while adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Stay informed about current drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities. Experience Previous experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations are essential. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A background in hospitality or sales will be considered a plus.
