The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar operations, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible serving practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Assist in catering events as required, providing bartending services for private functions. Requirements Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with experience using cash registers and POS systems. Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and cocktail recipes. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. A friendly demeanor with outstanding hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management is a plus.
