Summer Bartender 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Waterford, CT 06385 Join the O’Neill team and work in Blue Gene’s Pub (June – Early August) as a Bartender. Responsibilities include tending bar during regular pub hours, staffing special events throughout the summer, and performing general pub maintenance and cleaning. Candidates must be clean, friendly, high energy, and outgoing. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Verify identification and age requirements of customers Mix traditional and creative cocktails Process payment from customers Clean bar utensils Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere The pub is open Tuesday – Saturday, 5pm-11pm and Sunday 1pm-6pm.
