Job Summary:

As a Bartender at The Beer Garden, you’ll provide exceptional service to our guests, pouring perfect pints, and ensuring an unforgettable experience. Responsibilities:

Greet guests, take orders, and serve beverages with a smile Develop in-depth knowledge of our beer menu, including craft beers, wines, and cocktails Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and accurately Manage cash and credit transactions, handling cash drawer responsibly Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on products and procedures

Requirements:

1+ year of bartending experience in a high-volume environment Knowledge of craft beer Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
