HIGH LEVEL

of Customer Service. Arrive On-Time. Stay Off Phone. Set-Up Restaurant For Success. Follow Restaurant Rules and Procedures. Work Independently Without Direction. Understand teamwork and Working In a Pooled Tip Restaurant. Experience 2+ year previous experience as a bartender or server in a full-service restaurant. Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation techniques, and culinary basics. Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a busy environment. Familiarity with cash register operations and handling financial transactions. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Certification in food handling or bartending is a plus but not mandatory. This is NOT a job you learn at. Must be a professional with experience.
