The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all food safety regulations. Operate the Aloha POS system for processing orders and payments efficiently. Assist in banquet service as needed, ensuring timely delivery of drinks during events. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Requirements Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain a safe drinking environment. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the establishment’s schedule.
