As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your expertise in hospitality will contribute to an enjoyable experience for all patrons. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices. Assist with catering events or banquets as needed, ensuring timely service and presentation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and new products. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential. Knowledge of food safety and handling practices is a plus. Experience in nightclub or catering environments is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
