Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with local laws. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary, ensuring timely delivery of orders. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as needed. Uphold high standards of food handling and sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations. Qualifications Previous experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or fine dining environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including brewing methods for coffee and tea. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests quickly. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork. Must be at least 21 years old and possess any required certifications related to food handling or alcohol service.
