We are located at 529 E. New Haven Ave, Melbourne, Fl.. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable. Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for customers at main bar and for service bar.
- Interact with customers, take food orders and drinks
- Craft cocktail knowledge is a plus.
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Present bar & food menu, explain food specials.
- Check customer’s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
