Looking for a fun and professional bartender for our busy bar. Our ideal candidate is organized, energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous bar experience is preferred; however, we will train the right candidate!
Responsibilities:
Maintain up-and-running state of venue’s bar, stock and fridge. Educate guests on beverage menu. Make recommendations on drinks and serve food on request of guests. Greet guests and make small talk. Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes (e.g. coffee, cocktails, flavored shots etc.). Tend bar during service hours. Refill beverages (e.g. draft beer, soft drinks, bottled water etc.) throughout the shift. Maintain a neat appearance at all times (e.g. tidier uniform and tidy bar). Keep inventory of beverage stocks (e.g. bottled beer, glassware etc.). Resolve issues with guests quickly and efficiently. Follow all health and safety regulations for the serving of alcoholic beverages. Coordinate with other staff members to resolve guest queries and complaints. Ensure that guests are accommodated in a friendly manner at all times . Provide exemplary customer service to patrons .
