Bartender/Server The Knot Wine Bar 409 Delannoy Avenue, Cocoa, FL 32922 Overview We are seeking a skilled or willing to learn but enthusiastic “Winetender” / mixologist to join our dynamic team. As a part of our team you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests in a vibrant and relaxed-paced environment. Your expertise in mixology, along with your commitment to hospitality, will ensure that each patron enjoys a memorable experience. Whether you have experience working in a fine dining restaurant or a lively nightclub, your ability to provide friendly service will be key to your success. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Interact with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Operate cash registers efficiently, processing payments accurately. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Skills (training provided as needed) Experience in food or drink industry as a server is key. Strong knowledge of drink service & safety practices. Excellent ability to work independently. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and drink measurements. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Familiarity with operating point-of-sale systems or willingness to learn. A passion for creating enjoyable experiences in nightlife settings or fine dining establishments.
